Smarter Media entered into negotiations about a potential collaboration with a major tyre brand and the agency was seeking support to develop a PR concept for this project.
The agency needed a complete proposal for PR activities according to the brief and background information with workload and budget estimations.
The project begun with detailed media monitoring to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the client, their competitors and the share of voice. Based on the findings and the priorities set out in the brief, I planned activities that would support the increase of brand awareness, product communications and CSR activities.
The commissioner gave positive feedback on the concept and used it without any notable modifications.
