Café Communications took over as PR agency at Canon Hungary from another supplier but right at the beginning of the cooperation, the representative of the client appeared to be seriously mistrustful and demanded total transparency into the way the client service team operates.
We needed to find a sustainable way to extend the already detailed monthly reports and document absolutely everything that we did in relation of the client while maintaining the previously anticipated workload among the members of the client service team.
We opened discussions with the client about what they expect above the previously negotiated and agreed terms of the contract. The agency was willing to provide full transparency towards the client and we greatly increased the administrative workload in order to provide a comprehensive documentation of our work.
